Rolling should be built up.

• Start with 1x/week
• slowly build up to 1x in the evening
• to even 2x/day where you roll in the morning and evening.

Your skincare routine will then look like this:

1. Pre-cleansing
2. Cleansing
3. Toner
4. ROLL
5. The chosen product

You gently roll over your face in different directions, making as many small holes as possible, and then immediately apply the product of your choice. This can be a serum followed by your moisturiser, or just your moisturiser.

You can start rolling when your skin is already used to the level of an AVST 3 moisturiser or a C-Quence 2.
